Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You may call or text us at 551-222-1434, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Arriving Late
If you are running behind, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to provide your full session time; however, we may need to conclude the appointment at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
Illness & Emergencies
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you remain at home and focus on resting and recovering. Receiving massage while sick is not beneficial for your body, and maintaining a healthy environment for all clients is very important to us. If you are experiencing a true emergency, please contact us as soon as you’re able so we can discuss the next steps.
